What is video counseling?
      The counseling provides psychotherapy (or talk therapy) and support for clients over secure electronic devices such as computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.

What exactly happens during video counseling?
      You can access the secure on-line scheduling portal on your electronic device and set up initial appointment to meet with me during a video counseling session. We will be able to see and hear each other and the connection is completely secure and HIPPA compliant to protect your privacy so you can feel comfortable and make the most of your online experience.

Is video counseling right for me?
      Video counseling offer the flexibility for individuals who may have difficulty traveling to an office due to physical or travel limitations, work schedules, and/or lack of childcare. Someone may simply prefer to receive services within the privacy of their own home or office environment. Video counseling appointments can be scheduled at different times to allow flexibility for individuals with a demanding personal or work schedule. 

How much does it cost?
       The cost is the same as an office visit. Please see my page for fees and insurance. At this time, some insurances do cover video counseling and it will be up to you to contact your insurance company to determine if this is offered.
